Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and case management on complex ER issues including redundancies, restructures, and TUPE.
- Lead on end-to-end redundancy processes, including planning, consultation, selection, and redeployment.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, offering sound, pragmatic ER advice.
- Ensure all processes align with employment law, internal policies, and best practice.
- Support the delivery of organisational change programmes, acting as a key HR partner throughout.
- Communicate effectively and sensitively in challenging situations, supporting conflict resolution where needed.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in managing complex ER casework, particularly within change programmes.
- Must have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end redundancy programmes, both individual and collective.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and the practical application of HR policy.
- Confident working with and influencing senior leaders and managers.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and mediation skills.
- Able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
