Summary: The role of Employee Relations Specialist involves managing a comprehensive range of Employee Relations cases within a fast-paced team for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. The position is based in Watford, requiring on-site work at least 4 days a week, with some flexibility for home working and occasional travel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full range of Employee Relations cases.
  • Provide comprehensive advisory services to the business.
  • Demonstrate credible ER knowledge covering all elements of the employee life cycle.
  • Write outcome letters and support tribunals.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as an ER or HR Advisor with end-to-end ER matters.
  • Proven experience in writing outcome letters.
  • Knowledge of employee life cycle elements.
  • CIPD Level 3 to 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
