Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, capability, and probation matters.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations issues and employment law.

- Draft case documentation, correspondence, and meeting outcomes.
- Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and advise on reasonable adjustments.
- Identify ER trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
- Support manager training and people-focused initiatives.
