Summary: The Employability Consultant will enhance academic programs and student experiences by providing innovative employability and enterprise solutions. This role involves building relationships with faculties, schools, and employers to design and assess curricular and co-curricular interventions. The position is full-time and fixed-term from March 2025 to November 2025 at Ulster University. The consultant will contribute to the university's mission of supporting economic and social development in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide innovative solutions to enhance employability and enterprise within academic programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with faculties, schools, internal departments, and employers.
• Design, deliver, and assess employability and enterprise interventions.
• Support the overall student experience through curricular and co-curricular activities.

Key Skills:

• Degree (or equivalent qualification) in any subject.
• Experience in learning, teaching, and assessment in higher or further education.
• Experience in designing and delivering inclusive teaching methods.
• Ability to support student career development and employability.
