Key Responsibilities:

- Provide autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with minor injuries.
- Ensure compliance with NMC/HCPC Codes of Conduct and Trust values.
- Gain informed consent and work within legal frameworks.
- Utilize triage skills and document patient care using medical models.
- Mentor and teach other staff members.
- Interpret x-rays and manage a variety of acute injuries.
Key Skills:
- Current professional registration (HCPC or NMC).
- Degree/diploma in Nursing, Paramedicine, or Physiotherapy.
- Substantial experience in a Minor Injuries Unit or similar setting.
- Competence as an Autonomous Practitioner.
- Advanced knowledge in emergency care and NHS reforms.
- Strong triage and physical assessment skills.
- Ability to use IT systems for clinical management.
