Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talent at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team (Talent Acquisition Partners and other Sourcers) and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business needs and goals are met.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships, including HRBP, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-added market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the client as an excellent place to work for all candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience in recruitment agencies and internet companies.
  • Proven experience using research and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry, including producing target company mapping lists.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different locations.
  • Strong data sense with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritising multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency on technical roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience sourcing internationally; exposure to regions such as Norway, UAE, Ireland, Germany, and South East Asia is beneficial.
