Summary: The EMEA Project Manager role involves supporting a rapidly growing team within a globally recognized consumer technology business, focusing on the expansion of a marketplace across Europe. The position requires coordination of strategic programs and operational processes while ensuring successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects effectively. This is a 12-month contract based in London, requiring two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across EMEA, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including commercial, partnerships and operations.
  • Facilitate meetings, track actions and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Produce clear project documentation, status updates and presentation materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research and light analysis to support decision-making and programme delivery.
  • Act as the central point of coordination across complex, fast-moving initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Project Management, Operations, Consulting or Business Planning.
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to drive projects forward.

We're partnering with a globally recognised consumer technology business to recruit a Project Manager to support a fast-growing EMEA team responsible for expanding a world-class marketplace across Europe. Working across the EMEA region, you'll partner with commercial, partnerships and acquisition teams to coordinate strategic programmes, improve operational processes and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. You'll thrive if you enjoy bringing order to ambiguity, naturally take ownership and love working with a broad range of stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

We're looking for an organised, proactive project professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience supporting consumer-facing brands, partnership programmes, brand marketing or influencer campaigns would also be highly desirable.
