Summary: A leading Asian investment bank is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their Business Change and EMEA PMO team in London. The role focuses on managing a high-volume portfolio of Cost Contribution Agreements across the EMEA region, ensuring robust governance and financial oversight. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage cross-entity projects effectively. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-entity projects in a financial services or investment banking environment.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, project sponsors, and delivery teams.
  • Operate independently with excellent self-organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Oversee a large portfolio, ensuring contracts are in place for cost recovery and allocation.
  • Utilise knowledge of Cost Contribution Agreements and financial processes.
  • Focus on quality delivery, timely execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage costs effectively.
  • Utilise tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Monday.com, and Ivalua.

A leading Asian investment bank is currently seeking a PMO Analyst to join their Business Change and EMEA PMO team in London. This role will focus on managing a high-volume portfolio of Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs) across the EMEA region, supporting cross-entity projects and ensuring robust governance and financial oversight.
Job Details:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Initial 6 months
Rate: £400-£450 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Location: London
Hybrid: 2 days in the office


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing cross-entity projects in a financial services or investment banking environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with C-suite executives, project sponsors, and delivery teams.
  • Ability to operate independently with excellent self-organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience overseeing a large portfolio, ensuring contracts are in place for cost recovery and allocation.
