Summary: This role is for an EMEA Community Marketing Specialist who will support the growth of the User Group programme globally within a leading technology company. The position requires experience in Enterprise Software, SaaS, or PaaS, with a focus on customer engagement across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will create content for User Group events and build relationships with User Group Leaders to enhance engagement. The role offers a flexible and hybrid working environment in a globally recognized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support plans to drive growth and scale for the User Group programme globally.
  • Act as the point of contact for EMEA.
  • Create relevant and useful content that supports User Group events at scale.
  • Work with the global Community team to align on product updates and business priorities.
  • Build relationships with EMEA User Group Leaders and deliver on enablement plans.
  • Help User Group Leaders host successful events and drive engagement.
  • Develop consistent content and messaging that drive awareness of the User Group programme.

Key Skills:

  • Growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Experience in customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with EMEA markets and cultural nuances.
