Summary: The Embedded Software Engineer role involves developing hard real-time software for Bare-Metal systems within a defense context. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop hard real-time software on Bare-Metal systems.
- Utilize strong C programming skills.
- Investigate software/hardware issues with good problem-solving capabilities.
- Work on safety-critical software (SIL3/4 or DO178C software level B/A).
- Engage in lab work on electro-mechanical products running embedded software.
- Conduct requirements analysis/review or authoring in DOORS.
- Use configuration control tools such as RTC & git.
