Summary: The Email Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize email marketing campaigns across Europe for a 6-month contract. This role involves executing both one-off and automated campaigns, collaborating with various teams and external agencies to enhance email conversion rates. The specialist will ensure technical accuracy, brand compliance, and effective audience targeting while adhering to data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Build and deploy email campaigns in Pardot, ensuring technical accuracy, brand compliance, and optimal deliverability across all European markets
- Template Development: Create responsive, conversion-optimized email templates that align with brand guidelines and support various campaign objectives
- Intake & Project Management: Manage email campaign intake process via Asana, prioritizing requests, tracking timelines, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Localised Content Management: Work with native speakers to ensure content is localized to the highest standards across non-English languages
- Audience Management: Build, segment, and maintain email audience lists to ensure precise targeting and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR)
- Agency Collaboration: Partner with external email marketing agency to design and implement complex automated programs with sophisticated segmentation rules and trigger logic
- Performance Optimization: Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements to increase email conversion rates
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing across devices, email clients, and browsers before deployment to ensure flawless user experience
Key Skills:

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team on a 6-month contract to manage and optimize all email marketing campaigns across Europe. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of both one-off campaigns and automated email programs, working cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Content, and external agencies to drive email conversion improvements across our European markets.
