Summary: The Email Marketing Executive role focuses on managing email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce for a financial services brand. This position is a 6-month contract or fixed-term contract, requiring hands-on experience with email marketing automation and strategy development. The role involves collaboration with the CRM team and the new CMO to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing efforts. The position is based just south of Manchester, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage email campaigns via Pardot (Salesforce).
• Oversee the development of email and marketing automation campaigns.
• Work with the Head of Growth to develop a CRM strategy for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to share concepts and learnings.
• Develop and manage CRM campaigns.
• Build and refine marketing automation campaigns to re-engage and nurture prospects.
• Maximize funnel performance through effective email marketing strategies.

Key Skills:

• Experience in delivering B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Pardot and Salesforce.
• Ability to create and manage acquisition strategies across email channels.
• Strong knowledge of CRM as part of a lead generation engine.
• Experience working with C-suite individuals.
• Credible experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Experience in a regulated environment, such as telecoms or financial services.
