Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, commissioning, and optimization of a new electronics production line.
- Manage Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, ideally utilizing ASM placement machines.
- Work with ODB++ software (preferred) or Gerber files to ensure precision in production outputs.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows.
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Support and train production staff while monitoring key performance metrics.

- Strong experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly with SMT production lines.
