Electronics Engineer - Contract
My client is seeking an Electronics Engineer to work on cutting-edge solutions within defence & security. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative technologies addressing complex, real-world challenges.

You will work within highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams to take ideas from concept through to implementation, using a fast-paced and iterative development approach.

The work is varied, technically challenging, and focused on delivering tangible outcomes.

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be involved across the full product lifecycle, including:

  • Requirements capture
  • System and hardware design
  • Development and prototyping
  • Testing and validation
  • Delivery through to production
Projects range from early-stage proof-of-concept through to fully functional systems, offering both theoretical and hands-on engineering challenges.

Requirements
  • High-speed electronics design
  • Hardware design, schematic capture, and testing
  • Embedded software development, programming in C/C++, C#, Python, MATLAB, or similar
  • FPGA firmware development & DSP would be beneficial to have
