Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-class Technical Services as part of the LX Swing Crew.
- Maintain the look, standards, and technical requirements of the show regarding the Stage LX plot.
- Liaise with in-house and show electrics teams regarding changes and adaptations in lighting plots.
- Work alongside the LX team on maintenance of all in-house and show equipment.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested by management.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Stage LX/Follow Spot operator.

Founded over 30 years ago , Sir Cameron Mackintosh's Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London's West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham's. The LX Swing Crew will report to the Head of Electrics and shall be responsible for the delivery of first-class Technical Services. The successful candidate will need to be willing to work across technical departments, and able to perform any other duties as reasonably requested by management. You will be responsible for maintaining the look, standards and technical requirements of the of the show with regard to the Stage LX plot, in conjunction with the producer's representatives. You will liaise with the in-house and show electrics teams with regard to changes and adaptations in said plots, and work alongside the LX team on maintenance of all in-house and show equipment. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Stage LX/Follow Spot operator, together with lighting desk operating experience. They will also need a flexible approach to work, with a proven ability to problem solve and deal quickly and effectively with unexpected situations. Evening and weekend work is required.
