Summary: The Electrician role at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions involves responding to maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance, and diagnosing power quality issues. Key Responsibilities:
- React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA’s.
- Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
- Test and diagnose power quality issues.
- Conduct emergency light testing.
- Understand and interpret technical drawings/instructions/processes & O&M’s.
- Undertake upgrade & install work.
- Liaise with sub-contractors for repairs and ensure compliance with CBRE policies.
- Monitor and analyse environmental conditions and critical equipment loading/working conditions.
- Determine root causes and action items to restore availability and prevent recurrence.
- Accurately maintain site work logs & paperwork.
- Perform other duties as required.
Key Skills:
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations.
- Experience with building management systems, including fault finding and operator use.
- FM experience advantageous.

We are recruiting an Electrician to join our team in Chester!
Role Summary:
- React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA’s.

As this is a mobile role a vehicle & fuel card is provided.

7.30am - 4.30pm
