Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities across the site
• Performing containment, wiring, and electrical inspections, including EICRs
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting electrical systems to maintain operational integrity
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Collaborating with colleagues and contractors to meet project and maintenance objectives
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or safety concerns
• Supporting ad-hoc out-of-hours work if required

Key Skills:

• City & Guilds SVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
• ECS/SJIB Gold Card
• Experience of electrical testing, including completing EICRs
• In-depth understanding of current H&S legislation and site safety requirements
• Proven knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (nice to have)
• IPAF & PASMA certification (nice to have)
