Summary: The Electrical Testing Manager/AP oversees the electrical testing team at a major Data Centre, ensuring effective performance through inspections and troubleshooting. This role involves managing both in-house and outsourced engineers while maintaining safety and process compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, process-driven, and technically proficient, contributing to a flagship project for a leading contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
• Short term programming
• Health & Safety (RAMS)
• Preparation/issuing all RFI
• Issuing permits of works
• QA/QC
• Trouble shooting
• Document test procedures, results and recommendations
• Provide technical support
• Testing and commissioning of equipment
• Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
• Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client

Key Skills:

• 2391 City & Guilds certification
• Authorised Person certificates
• 18th Edition certification
• Experience in Data Centre or Critical Environment Projects
• Project management experience for projects of at least £2M
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role
• Demonstrated longevity in previous employment
