Summary: The Electrical Supervisor role in Worcestershire involves overseeing electrical compliance and managing contractors for domestic and communal works. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors' electrical and other associated domestic/communal works
- Responding to technical queries in relation to responsive repairs, EICR's and other electrical and security services
- Managing, validating and monitoring the council's compliance service and cyclical testing documentation records across the council's housing assets
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, approved Codes of Practice (ACOP), official guidance standards and best practice
- Following the performance management system to achieve effective compliance to agreed KPI's for each contract
- Coordinating all electrical contracts to support the electrical compliance manager
Key Skills:
- Experience in electrical supervision and compliance management
- Knowledge of statutory regulations and best practices in electrical works
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate inspections
- Strong communication skills for responding to technical queries
- Experience with performance management systems and KPI tracking

As the Electrical Supervisor you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors electrical and other associated domestic/communal works
- Responding to technical queries in relation to responsive repairs, EICR's and other electrical and security services
- Managing, validating and monitoring the councils compliance service and cyclical testing documentation records across the council's housing assets ensuring it complies with all statutory regulations, approved Codes of Practice (ACOP), official guidance standards and best practice
- The post holder will ensure the performance management system is followed to ensure effective compliance is achieved to agreed KPI's for each contract
- The post holder will be responsible for the day to day coordination of all electrical contracts to support the electrical compliance manager
