Summary: The Electrical Supervisor role is a contract position based in Alingsås, Sweden, focused on overseeing electrical installation and commissioning activities for a complex automation project within a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical installation, commissioning, and snagging works
- Ensure all electrical and data installations meet required standards
- Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and site safety compliance
- Lead and coordinate electrical teams on site
- Monitor progress and report on project status
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and documentation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on automation or large-scale installation projects
- Strong background in electrical and data installations
- In-depth knowledge of LOTO / LOTTO procedures and safety protocols
- Experience working within automation or warehouse environments
- ECS Manager Card or CSCS Manager certification
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support a complex automation installation project within a warehouse environment. This role will focus on overseeing electrical installation, commissioning, and snagging activities while leading a team of electricians on site.
