Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors across the site

- Ensure all activities meet current regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications
- Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and toolbox talks
- Liaise with the main contractor and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in managing subcontractors
- Experience with fire safety systems and improvement works (highly desirable)
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds)
- SMSTS and CSCS certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
