Summary: The Electrical Project Manager role involves leading electrical and process projects within the food industry for an initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension. The position requires overseeing installations, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with standards. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and must possess relevant electrical engineering qualifications and experience. This role is based in Manchester and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of electrical and process projects.

  • Apprentice trained ideally to NVQ L3/HNC in Electrical Engineering minimum.
  • AMP / AM2 Project Management certification.

Salary (Rate): £500/day

** Electrical Project Manager **

Rate: £450p/d - £500p/d

Initial 6-month contract (likelihood of extension) – outside IR35 (Limited Co.)

Manchester / Warrington / Wigan / Bolton / Liverpool

Projects / Process / Electrical / Food / Installations

My client specialises in process and food industries across the UK, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, for an initial 6-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

For the position of Project Manager - Electrical & Process, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:

  • Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the development of projects
  • Assessing all electrical and Process existing site systems and set-up
  • Oversee installations to required standards
  • Coordinate with production to minimise disruption
  • Diagnose and resolve any electrical issues
  • Carry out inspections and audits on site
  • Manage project budgets and monitor costs and performance

The successful Project Manager – Electrical & Process, will need to have the following attributes:

  • Apprentice trained ideally to NVQ L3/HNC Electrical Engineering minimum
  • AMP / AM2 Project Management
  • In-depth food and process engineering experience
  • A strong communicator, Leader, organised, flexible mindset, strive for excellence

Flexible to work in the office/on-site where required.
