Electrical Project Manager

Summary: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of electrical work on large-scale commercial projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, while managing project schedules and compliance with safety standards. You will also conduct site visits and prepare necessary documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of electrical projects from pre-construction through completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and on-site personnel
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues in real-time
• Prepare reports, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documentation
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Black ECS
• SMSTS
• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (NEC), and construction processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
• Licensed journeyman or master electrician certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
