The company is recognized for delivering high-quality engineering solutions on large-scale commercial projects, primarily across London s City and West End areas.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical installations on large, complex commercial projects. As the Electrical Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of electrical project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical teams on-site, providing guidance, technical support, and ensuring safe working practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review electrical design documents, providing input and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental requirements are adhered to on site.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Support the commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally with experience in large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Tier 1 M&E subcontractors is highly desirable.
