p>Site based Electrical Project Manager Wanted in Cardiff!
Experienced electrical project manager with mechanical knowledge wanted for a leading renewable energy company based in Cardiff. As the successful candidate, you will manage live working environments and M&E retrofit projects while contributing to decarbonisation efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Relevant Degree or Equivalent Experience
2. Proven Track Record Managing Live Working Environments
3. Technical Knowledge (Mechanical and Electrical-related systems used across various structures/ sites, Renewable Energy sector such as LED lighting, Solar PV, heat pumps, fume cupboards installations.
4. Project Management Abilities
5. Site management / Asbestos / First Aid experience required
Responsibilities:
Coordinating all aspects of assigned projects from start-up through close-out phases. Managing site safety procedures during construction activities ensuring compliance with relevant regulations standards adhered onsite such CDM/DSEAR/MHSW Regs. Maintaining communication flow between key stakeholders throughout each phase until final completion.
