Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical maintenance functions in line with the schedule

- Ensure full compliance and adherence to health and safety
- Install electrical systems and follow up with the appropriate certification
Key Skills:
- 17th and/or 18th Edition NVQ and/or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation
- Full Driving Licence
- Experience in commercial building maintenance
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
