Summary: The Electrical Project Engineer will oversee the design quality during the installation phase of an Energy from Waste plant in Manchester. This role involves interfacing between design and delivery teams, ensuring modifications are accurately documented, and coordinating with stakeholders for technical project delivery. The position is primarily site-based with some opportunities for remote work as the program allows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface between design and delivery teams.
- Support design consultancies with modifications.
- Ensure accurate documentation on the management system.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders for technical delivery.
- Address electrical issues and follow reporting processes.
- Schedule and track project modifications.
- Create installed drawings and O&M Manuals.
- Organize draft contracts and quotes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Review project documentation, drawings, and calculations as required.
Key Skills:
- HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Power, Energy, Water, Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong understanding of electrical design and installation processes.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in project documentation and management systems.
