The Role
As an Electrical Engineer & Tester, you’ll: Carry out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial, operational and domestic facilities.
Complete EICRs, fixed wire testing and distribution board inspections.
Undertake emergency lighting testing, fault diagnosis, repairs and minor installations.
Maintain electrical systems across buildings, hangars and specialist operational environments.
Respond to emergency callouts and ensure critical assets remain safe and operational.
Work closely with site stakeholders and building custodians, providing a professional customer-focused service.
Support specialist electrical testing activities, with Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) experience particularly advantageous.
You
To be successful, you’ll bring: NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
Strong commercial electrical maintenance, testing and fault-finding experience.
Experience completing EICRs and electrical compliance works.
AGL Experience Or Qualifications Would Be a Significant Advantage.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance.

£40,000–£43,000 salary.
Company van and fuel card.
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, 40 hours per week.
£150 weekly allowance when on call.
Minimum four hours’ pay per callout.
Monday–Saturday overtime paid at time and a half.
Sunday overtime paid at double time.
