Summary: The Electrical Engineer role in Bristol involves designing and reviewing electrical systems from low voltage to 132kV, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce designs for grid connection and private network infrastructure from LV to 132kV.
• Conduct cable sizing studies and select switchgear and transformers.
• Perform CT and VT sizing studies and battery charger sizing studies.
• Design small power and lighting systems and control room/switchroom layouts.
• Ensure designs comply with EP policies, UK standards, DNO/IDNO policies, and employer's requirements.
• Issue deliverables in line with project timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in Contracting/Consulting or with IDNO's, DNO's, or ICP's.
• HV/EHV experience.
• Familiarity with BSEN, IEC, IEEE & CENELEC Standards.
• Experience in Power Systems Studies.
