Electrical Design Engineer

Summary: The Electrical Design Engineer role is a contract position based in Manchester, offering a competitive hourly rate. The position requires proficiency in Autocad Light and the ability to design earthing systems according to specific standards. Candidates should also have experience in producing various electrical design schematics. This role is outside IR35 and is initially set for a duration of four months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient with Autocad Light (Autocad LT)
• Familiar with the use of Trimble, Amtech or Pro Design
• Capability to review existing and design additional earthing systems to BS7671 and BS7430 standards
• Strong ability to produce Block Cable designs, Loop diagrams and switchboard schematics
