Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with Clients and Design Teams, liaise with design team i.e. Architect & Consultants.
- Carry out site visits and surveys, prepare reports.
- Manage site labour and sub-contractors.
- Manage contract costs and variations including procurement.
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel, working at main office and site based as required.
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years' experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager.
- Trade qualifications related to electrical projects.
- Previous successful experience on electrical projects ranging from £50K to £1.5 million.
- Proven track record of delivering projects in new build care homes, hotel fit outs, and high-rise residential.
- Driving licence.
- Ability to work under own initiative, self-motivated, and a good team player.
- CSCS Card.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
