Summary: The Electrical Construction Manager will lead and manage all electrical construction works for a major Offshore Wind Project in Poland. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all onshore and offshore electrical construction works for the OSP, including installation, termination, testing, and commissioning.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Manage interfaces between electrical, mechanical, structural, and commissioning teams.
  • Oversee electrical installation quality, including cable routing, terminations, switchgear installation, protection systems, and auxiliary systems.
  • Ensure all works comply with design, specifications, and relevant standards.
  • Interface with engineering, fabrication, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless transition between project phases.
