Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all electrical services and contracts across housing assets.
- Ensure full statutory compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
- Plan and deliver EICR programmes and electrical repairs.
- Produce performance and assurance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Draft specifications, tender documents, and manage procurement processes.
- Lead contractor meetings and manage service level agreements.
- Manage budgets, approve contractor payments, and monitor financial controls.
- Build and lead a customer-focused team to ensure high service standards.
- Utilize IT systems for reporting, data management, and service coordination.
- Stay updated on legislation and best practices through continuous professional development.
