Electrical Building Services Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design delivery of electrical building services and industrial UPS systems.
• Conduct technical reviews and manage team performance.
• Engage with stakeholders for design data extraction and incorporation.
• Provide status updates and manage design documentation.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations and represent the team in meetings.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering designs for electrical building services (LV Power, Cable Management, Lighting, Fire Alarms).
• In-depth understanding of UPS design, including protective device sizing and load requirements.
• Ability to manage stakeholder interactions effectively.
• Knowledge of plant modifications and their impact on LV downstream systems.
• Experience with design documentation, including health and safety overlays and calculations.
• Understanding of battery parameters and DSEAR regulations.
• Familiarity with SLP 1.02.42 for technical deliverables approval.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
