Summary: The role of Project Manager / E&I Package Manager involves overseeing the delivery of major electrical packages for a Greenfield facility, requiring significant experience in electrical engineering. Responsibilities include managing RFQ processes and supporting engineering disciplines while fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver major electrical packages for a Greenfield facility.
- Act as the focal point between the Client's PMT and the company's PMT, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Drive the multi-functional delivery of the RFQ process.
- Integrate with the construction team on ROS dates and build sequence.
- Facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
- Support engineering disciplines with a broad understanding of the scope.
- Resolve technical issues with a solid engineering background.
- Work with major equipment suppliers in roles of package engineer or package manager.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience in managing major electrical packages.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of RFQ processes and construction integration.
- Solid engineering background for technical issue resolution.
- Prior experience with major equipment suppliers.
- Experience in ICSS design is an advantage.

Job Description
A Client of ours are looking for a Project Manager / E&I Package Manager who possesses significant experience in electrical engineering.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the major electrical packages for a significant 'normally unattended' Greenfield facility. The project also comprises brownfield aspects requiring interface engagement. The successful candidate will be the focal point between the Client's PMT and the company's PMT, procurement and engineering teams. The main packages include VFD driven Compressors and main Electrical equipment such as 110kV switchgear, transformers, switchgear, VSD etc. The successful candidate will be looking across those major packages to drive the multi-functional delivery of the RFQ process, including integrating with the construction team on ROS dates, build sequence etc and facilitating stakeholder buy-in. They will be supporting the engineering disciplines with a broad understanding of the scope. They shall have solid engineering background to facilitate technical issues resolution and shall have prior experience of working with major equipment suppliers, in roles of package engineer or package manager. Experience of ICSS design will also be an advantage. Building strong working relationships with the client and prospective suppliers will be critical.
