EHCP Data Input / QA Officer Nottingham | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site) 180 per day (Inside IR35) A local authority in the Nottingham area is currently recruiting EHCP Data Input / QA Officers to support their SEND service. This role will initially focus on data inputting and amending EHCP information within the council's 'iDox' social care system. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across records. After approximately 3 months, there is a strong opportunity for successful candidates to progress into EHCP plan writing, at which point rates will be reviewed in line with market rates for EHCP Writers. Key Responsibilities (Initial Phase): Inputting and updating EHCP data accurately on the iDox system Amending existing records to ensure compliance and quality Supporting quality assurance processes within the SEND team Working closely with colleagues to maintain accurate and up-to-date information Future Progression: Progression into EHCP plan writing after 3 months (subject to performance and service needs) Rate review once plan writing responsibilities commence Requirements: Previous experience working with EHCPs or within a SEND service Experience using iDox Ability to work on-site 3 days per week in Nottingham This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience within a local authority SEND service, with clear progression into EHCP writing.
