Summary: The role of eDV Cleared Application Support Engineer involves joining a collaborative onsite team to design, deploy, and support infrastructure in a secure environment. Active eDV clearance is mandatory for this role, which is fully onsite in Gloucestershire. The contract is rolling for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain resilient physical and virtual infrastructure
- Monitor system health, performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes using tools such as Ansible
- Provide technical consultancy on system integrations using REST APIs, SFTP, webhooks and other interfaces
- Manage the full life cycle of customer integrations, from implementation through to retirement
Key Skills:
- Active eDV clearance is essential
- Proven experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in secure or complex environments
- Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV
- Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous systems and integrations

We're looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with active eDV clearance to join a collaborative onsite team responsible for designing, deploying and supporting infrastructure in a secure environment.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work across physical and virtual infrastructure.
This role is fully on site and you must be comfortable with this working arrangement!
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain resilient physical and virtual infrastructure
- Monitor system health, performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes using tools such as Ansible
- Provide technical consultancy on system integrations using REST APIs, SFTP, webhooks and other interfaces
