Requirements:



  • Degree in Psychology

  • Qualified teaching experience or equivalent experience working with children/ young people.

  • Qualification in Educational Psychology.

  • HCPC registered


NonStop is working with a local authority based in the South West of England, that is seeking a Educational Psychologist.

  • Scope of Work: Primarily involves working with children and young people undergoing EHCNA processes, offering consultation services for those with EHCPs, and collaborating with the Virtual School.

  • Training and Supervision: Involvement in training initiatives like Emotional Literacy Support Assistants and providing supervision for school staff and early years Area SENCOs.

  • Recognition: The service was commended in the 2019 Joint SEND Inspection by Ofsted.

  • Flexibility: Offers a hybrid working model and customizable hours.

  • SPA Portability: SPA (Structured Professional Assessment) portability is considered, which is an attractive benefit for experienced professionals.


About You



  • Open to All Levels: Welcomes applications from experienced Educational Psychologists and those completing their Doctorate in Educational Psychology this year.
