We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a leading professional membership organisation within the healthcare sector at a pivotal moment of change. With anticipated regulatory reform set to reshape continuing professional development (CPD) requirements, this organisation is rethinking its education strategy, product portfolio, and commercial approach. This is a high-impact assignment focused on evaluating current education offerings and identifying future opportunities across both UK and international markets. You will bring a strong blend of commercial insight and education expertise - able to assess evolving CPD frameworks, explore new qualification pathways (including higher education, apprenticeships, and modular learning), and identify opportunities to expand reach beyond traditional membership audiences without diluting value.
Key areas of focus include:
- Reviewing and reimagining education and CPD propositions
- Scanning comparable sectors to understand how they have adapted to regulatory change
- Identifying new revenue streams and scalable education solutions
- Advising on product development for clinical and non-clinical audiences
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Education and Director of Commercial, bringing external insight and strategic clarity. This is a flexible consultancy engagement (day rate or fixed-term), with an expected commitment equivalent to approximately 2 days per week.
