Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Education Team, responding to telephone enquiries and managing shared mailboxes
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Education Workstreams, Matrons, Senior Matrons and Education Leads
  • Book rooms, meetings, and teaching events for all education and training programmes
  • Support ad-hoc Education & Development projects as required
  • Prepare study day registers, evaluation forms, and certificates
  • Produce training statistics and reports for the Education Team
  • Use own judgement to prioritise issues, escalating and actioning as appropriate
  • Ensure joining instructions are sent to delegates and their line managers in a timely manner
  • Map future study days and advertise training opportunities across the Trust
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records
  • Plan, prioritise and organise own workload to meet deadlines, promptly reporting any anticipated difficulties

Job Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Education Administrator to join the Education & Development Team within FHFT supporting the ACP and IP workstreams. You will work under the supervision of the Education and Development Business Manager, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of education and training across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Education Team, responding to telephone enquiries and managing shared mailboxes
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Education Workstreams, Matrons, Senior Matrons and Education Leads
  • Book rooms, meetings, and teaching events for all education and training programmes
