Summary: The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the Europe & Africa region for a global consumer goods partner. This role involves managing eCommerce sales strategies, performance, and development through key online retail accounts and distributor-led channels. The manager will lead promotional plans, manage trade budgets, and identify new digital sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The position requires independent work and accountability for commercial results across various markets including Italy and Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional eCommerce agenda and deliver against sales, profit, and market growth targets
- Manage the P&L for eCommerce channels and drive performance through data-led insights
- Strengthen distributor eCommerce execution and lead joint planning processes
- Develop and optimise channel strategies, pricing, and promotional execution
- Prepare and present regional forecasts, budgets, and performance updates
- Build strong relationships with key account contacts and internal stakeholders
- Ensure confidential handling of all commercial data and activities
Key Skills:
- Solid understanding of the European retail and eCommerce environment
- Experience managing online accounts and/or working with distributor partners
- Commercially driven, with strong P&L knowledge and forecasting skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with an international mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with commercial systems and data
- Willing to travel across key markets as needed

We’re supporting a global consumer goods partner in their search for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive growth across the Europe & Africa region. This is a key regional role with full responsibility for the strategy, performance, and development of eCommerce sales both directly through key online retail accounts and indirectly through distributor-led channels.
The Role: You’ll take ownership of eCommerce activity across markets such as Italy, Spain, and others, managing major online accounts and supporting local distributor partners to enhance their digital capabilities. The role involves leading promotional plans, delivering accurate forecasts, managing trade budgets, and aligning internal cross-functional teams. A key part of this role will be identifying new digital sales opportunities across the region and building structured business plans to scale them. You’ll be expected to work independently and take full accountability for delivering commercial results, while maintaining strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and local teams.
