Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery and requirements-gathering for E-commerce and retail digital initiatives
- Work with product owners, UX/UI teams, and developers to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Analyse and document customer journeys, checkout flows, promotions, and fulfilment processes
- Support integration between E-commerce, CRM, ERP, and order management systems (OMS)
- Perform gap analysis to identify process improvements and opportunities for automation or simplification
- Collaborate with marketing, trading, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Facilitate workshops, define acceptance criteria, and manage the delivery backlog in Agile/Scrum environments
- Partner with QA and development teams to ensure smooth and traceable delivery from requirements to deployment
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within retail and E-commerce environments
- Strong understanding of retail trading, merchandising, promotions, and digital fulfilment
- Hands-on experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or equivalent)
- Excellent process mapping and documentation skills (user stories, epics, use cases, data flows)
- Familiar with Agile delivery frameworks and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to link customer experience improvements to commercial outcomes

They're looking for a skilled Retail Ecommerce Business Analyst to support the delivery of new customer-facing capabilities, platform enhancements, and process improvements across their online and omnichannel ecosystem.
You'll be the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams - shaping requirements, mapping end-to-end customer journeys, and helping drive data-led decisions that enhance customer experience and commercial performance.
