Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the recruitment processes including the Training Contract, Apprenticeships, and Vacation schemes.
- Managing assessment centres and application processes.
- Responsible for managing the pipeline of trainees and apprentices coming into the firm.
- Responsible for which publications and media used to advertise.
- Managing and maintaining University relationships.
- Managing the graduate recruitment budget.
- Working closely with the DE&I team and Social Mobility contacts within the firm.
- Working closely with the Assistant and Manager in the team.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in high-volume graduate or early careers recruitment.

The Early Careers Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day ownership for the attraction and selection activities of the future talent. They will also work alongside partners on all ealry careers recruitment and provide guidance on any selection issues. The key duties will include:
