Summary: The Early Careers Apprentice in HR will support the delivery of Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes as part of a two-year HR Level 3 CIPD People Support apprenticeship. This role involves coordinating recruitment, development, and onboarding processes while gaining valuable experience in HR administration. The position is based within a collaborative HR team across the UK, focusing on Early Careers development and recruitment. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders and contribute to process improvements within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer recruitment activities including advertising, marketing, assessment centres, and placement schemes
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidate queries and manage the Early Careers inbox
  • Organise and attend recruitment events; assist with event logistics and material preparation
  • Coordinate assessment centres, handle scheduling, and support on the day
  • Monitor and process invoices, maintaining budget records
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for apprentices and graduates
  • Assist in building partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and external partners
  • Represent the brand at career fairs and through social media promotion
  • Contribute to annual projects and initiatives; suggest process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and updated checklists and documentation
