What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • 12 month maternity cover FTC, starting early November 2025
  • Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
  • Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
  • Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
  • Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
  • Processing expenses
  • Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs

Can work from home 1 day with 4 days in office
