Leading International Banking and Investment firm, based close to Liverpool St station, is seeing a highly experienced, polished and professional PA/EA to support the MDs and Team (6 in total) within their highly successful M&A / Investment Banking Division.
This is a high profile, client facing role where you will be responsible for managing complex scheduling, international travel, event organisation, CRM system management and extensive client interaction.
You will possess at least 5 years PA/EA experience gained within a financial markets environment, ideally of boutique size, first class communication and inter-personal skills and great attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRM (Salesforce) systems and possessing excellent organisational, schedule management and travel organisation skills.
