Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate meetings across time zones, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support inbox management and internal communications on Microsoft Teams
  • Plan and book UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Process expenses in line with policy and highlight exceptions where needed
  • Organise finance team meetings, conferences, and occasional overseas events

Salary : £40,000 - £46,000 doe

Location : Northwich - hybrid

Contract : Permanent

Hours : Mon-Fri (09:00-17:30)
