Summary: The role of E2E Salesforce Technical Architect focuses on implementing Salesforce solutions, specifically within the realms of CPQ and Revenue Cloud. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce CRM, particularly in technical architecture and custom functionalities. The candidate will engage with various stakeholders to drive business discussions and consensus building. This is a hybrid role based in London, UK, with a contract duration of over six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Salesforce CRM solutions with a focus on Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Design and build custom functionalities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus and business discussions.
  • Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to facilitate discussions.
  • Oversee product and pricing modeling/configuration, CPQ approvals, and the quote to cash process.
  • Manage data migration and approval flows related to order and billing processes.

Key Skills:

  • 12+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
  • 5+ years as a Technical Architect for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of product and pricing modeling/configuration.
  • Experience in designing and building custom functionalities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Location : London, UK

Mode: Hybrid (Flexible (max 4 days per week)

Rate: GBP 500/day( Inside IR35)

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Essential skills/knowledge:

  • Overall, 12+ Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
  • 5+ Years of experience as Technical Architect of Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue clouds Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Revenue cloud experience is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in Lightening Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration.
  • In depth understanding of Product & Pricing modelling/configuration, CPQ Approvals, Data migration, Quote to cash process, approval flows and Order & Billing Process
  • 6-8 years of Strong Experience in Designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC eco system.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and work towards consensus building
  • Drive business discussions via workshop with business and IT teams

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Sound understanding of Lead to Cash Process
