Role Overview
The End-to-End Architect is accountable for defining and governing the overall architecture strategy for a large-scale retail digital transformation programme.
The role provides architectural leadership across customer experience, eCommerce, order management, supply chain, store systems, customer data, integrations, cloud platforms, analytics, security, and operational capabilities.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, End-to-End Architect or Lead Solution Architect on large-scale retail transformation programmes.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes including:
- Digital Commerce
- Omnichannel Retail
- Store Operations
- Order Management
- Customer Experience
- Loyalty and Marketing
- Experience defining architecture across complex multi-platform ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with API-led integration, microservices, event-driven architecture, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Proven ability to lead architecture across multiple suppliers and delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
