Summary: The Media Developer (Generalist) role focuses on creating high-quality electronic training materials in collaboration with the Instructional Design Team. The position requires proficiency in using engineering data and adherence to style guides to ensure consistent media outputs. The developer will manage their tasks, participate in team discussions, and liaise with stakeholders while complying with business requirements. Security clearance eligibility is also a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training media as identified by the Instructional Design Team against the specified style guide and/or standards.
  • Take ownership of allocated tasks while monitoring progress, quality, and performance.
  • Participate in team discussions and comply with required development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the development plan, schedule, and supporting documentation.
  • Utilise other toolsets as required and directed by the business.
  • Liaise with stakeholders.
  • Support governance activities as required.
  • Monitor and manage time and cost reporting.
  • Comply with business requirements relating to attendance, time keeping, and reporting.
  • Report progress of tasks as required by senior team members.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Intermediate experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Comfortable with 2D vector and raster graphics development.
  • Ability to use technical and engineering source data for media development.
